  • The product is missing from the order.

  • A wrong or defective product has been received.

No refunds or returns will be accepted for change of mind, size issues, or after the product has been used. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 10 days of delivery and provide proof in the form of an unboxing video and/or clear photos of the issue.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days.
